Speakers at the 2016 Grey Cup Breakfast

Athletes in Action presents the 44th annual All-Star Bowl. In partnership with Carleton Ravens Football.

In 1974, three Ottawa Rough Riders, Wayne Tosh and Gerry Organ, and a third man Rod Woodward had an idea. Let’s bring the best football players from the Ottawa area together for a skills camp. That skill camp eventually evolved into an All-Star game that pits the region’s finest players against each other.

Players are given the opportunity to learn in a university setting and then showcase their talents in front of friends, family, and potential recruiters in what has become a treasured tradition in Ottawa football.

God Promises More | Convivium Magazine

“Wally Buono defines success in the Canadian Football League. He is the winningest head coach in league history. He has won five Grey Cups as a coach, two more as a player. But the current head coach, general manager and vice-president of football operations for the B.C. Lions is also a devout Christian who says true success is God changing your heart.”
